The Highball was not named after the delicious whiskey drink, although we have been known to enjoy the tasty namesake from time to time. Our name derives from the classic railroad devices used to signal the engineers to proceed “full steam ahead!”

So come down and shoot the s#*t with us, share a cold one and take a load off. If your timing is just right you may even get to experience the train rolling on down the line! 

The newest addition to the Highball brand is in the Old Mill District right by the box factory on Bond street. We pulled the very best, most talented barbers from all over to create our team, there isn’t anything else like it in Bend. Apart from the greatest haircut service you’ve ever received, the other perks for this new spot include Maverick the shop dog, the many food trucks, five central Oregon beers on tap, and two giant flat screen TVs.
